UK Customer Service Agent

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand, remote working available.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient UK Customer Service Agent to join our team in Chiang Mai. This role involves responding to update and information requests from our existing clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat systems. The ideal candidate will handle consultations with a focus on delivering high productivity and maintaining accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to update and information requests from existing clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide clients with accurate and detailed information, addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle consultations with clients, offering guidance and support tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Maintain high productivity levels by efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy in all communications and documentation, keeping detailed records of client interactions.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of company products and services to provide clients with the most current information."

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a UK-focused or international setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Proficient in using telephone systems, email, and live chat for customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
