Spanish Account Advisor

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand, remote working available.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Spanish Account Advisor to join our d ng client base, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. You will also play a key role in generating new business by leveraging a database of leads and converting them into satisfied clients. Additionally, you will respond promptly to inbound enquiries, providing solutions and support to potential and current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from a database of leads, effectively converting them into loyal customers.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering comprehensive information and resolving issues.
  • Provide clients with product knowledge and support, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, updating CRM systems regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of Spanish
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
