Italian Account Advisor

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand, remote working available.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Italian Account Advisor to join our dynamic team in Chiang Mai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. You will also play a key role in generating new business by leveraging a database of leads and converting them into satisfied clients. Additionally, you will respond promptly to inbound enquiries, providing solutions and support to potential and current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from a database of leads, effectively converting them into loyal customers.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering comprehensive information and resolving issues.
  • Provide clients with product knowledge and support, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, updating CRM systems regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of Italian.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
