Minimum and Average Wages

The minimum wage in Thailand is 9,900 THB/month (1). The average wage in Thailand is 14,354 THB/month (third quarter of 2019) though this dropped a little in the last quarter of 2019 (2).

Salary Comparisons

By comparison, a nurse in a state operated hospital in Thailand would earn between 15,000-20,000 THB/month (3) while a policeman would earn between 9,900 – 21,480 THB/month depending on experience (4).
